Shaheed Dweep (Neil Island )

A Coastal Retreat in the Andaman Islands - Overview

Located approximately 37 kilometres from Port Blair, Shaheed Dweep (formerly Neil Island) is one of the most picturesque islands in the Andaman and Nicobar archipelago. Known for its relaxed atmosphere, clear waters, and well-preserved natural environment, the island offers visitors an opportunity to experience the Andamans beyond the more frequented tourist centres.

Covering a relatively small area, Shaheed Dweep can be explored comfortably over one or two days. Its appeal lies in its scenic coastline, diverse beach experiences, rich marine ecosystem, and the simplicity of island life.
